Very thin!

Here I present one of my favorite scenes! Bob Forward, who started off as a storyboard artist, turned out to be one of Filmation's best writers! He could not only capture drama, developing highly original stories, but he also had a wonderful sense of comedy as is evident in this scene from the season two episode "The Rainbow Warrior." Just listen to Skeletor's ever-increasing rage as Beast Man and Trap Jaw pay their boss little attention, busy watching a tournament taking place at the Royal Palace...

For your listening pleasure, Skeletor's ever-increasing rage!

Hilarious! That's the first time I've ever heard that sound byte. Bob Forward is a genius!

Skeletor's dialogue is a scream! I also got a kick out of his line, later on, as he taps Trap-Jaw on the head: "Just as I thought ... Hollow!" :)

Reflecting on Trap-Jaw's remark about Skeletor "looking fat" brings a funny image of the villain to my mind! :) I also love the dialogue about "teasing He-Man," the "first time" Skeletor tried to conquer Castle Grayskull ... I would have loved to see a script for a scene like that!
"NA, NA! You can't catch me!" :)

Just like "The Region Of Ice" and "A Bird In The Hand," this episode showcases how hilarious the trio of Skeletor, Beast-Man, and Trap-Jaw can be!

Thanks for posting and reading! God Bless...

Probably my favourite comedy moment from the classic series, Love the way Skeletor says "THIN!"

Such a great scene. "The first one doesn't count. It was for practice" sounds like something from Monty Python.

With this scene the one thing I take notice is that line about how many times Skeletor has tried to conquer Grayskull and first time not counting.

Seems like such an odd piece of dialogue that pretty much forces this episode into a certain continuity timeline. But what do you consider as his first attempt when in "Diamond Ray of Disappearance" Mer-Man refers to them already been defeated by He-Man many times.
Would "The Cosmic Comet" be just that? The first time that doesn't count? LOL
