Tragedy for Sunder.

For those who may have trouble downloading the videos I have uploaded them to YouTube. Due to the conversion process that occurs when uploading to YouTube the videos are of a lesser quality, but now everyone can watch the videos!

Busta Toons Presents...

"Return Of The General" from She-Ra's season two featured the much-needed reappearance of General Sunder, who had left the Horde in season one's "Unexpected Ally" and now lived a life of peace with his wife Mally and their daughter Telzy. In this scene as She-Ra attempts to recruit Sunder, the former warrior learns that he cannot escape his dark past and returns home to find his family have been taken by the Horde! This scene is beautifully directed by Richard Trueblood with a strong light source behind Sunder has he enters his home...

Nice follow-up to your July 31 2006 Blog entry, titled "Daddy," as far as the use of bright light is concerned, Busta! :)

This scene is executed to perfection, with Sunder pounding on the wall and falling to his knees, as shown here, from being upset by what had happened to his home and family.

This is one of those "adult" episodes, like "The Problem With Power," that older people can watch as well as children. This episode targets both audiences extremely well.

On an amusing note, have a listen after She-Ra approaches Sunder in the doorway ... At one point, you can hear the bird sound used for Zoar, from "He-Man," in the background. :)

Excellent caption, James! Hope to see a lot more entries from this episode, in the future ... There is a lot in this episode, alone, to comment about on this Blog!

Thanks for posting and reading! God Bless...

Love love love those special effects on the light-source behind Sunder.

And this is a great scene as well as cool addition to your earlier blog-entry about Sunder. :)
