Valley of the Lost #2
Here is another image from the She-Ra season one episode "The Rock People" showing the mysterious yet often unthreatening Valley of the Lost. The background shown here may not be full of detail, but I love the fact that the Filmation artists would create images that were incredibly atmospheric even though they would only be shown on screen for a few seconds or, as is the case with this image, when there was not much happening visually.

As spacious as this setting looks, it's original that the skies look polluted, kind of like a cross between the daytime Eternian and Etherian skies and the dreary brown skies over The Fright Zone ... Also, the bush on the right, that looks like asparagus or a brussels sprout, breaks up the monotony a little bit. :)

So what would have happened had Hordak transported the Whispering Woods to this Valley in She-Ra Unchained? I suppose they could have just gone about their business and keep rebelling, really.
