I thought it would be interesting to show you this fun panel from issue fourteen of the UK Masters of the Universe Adventure magazine. When Skeletor puts on a duplicate of He-Man's harness he actually becomes the most powerful man in the universe!
I'd forgotten about this story. I agree with others, it was indeed one of the better ones, and would have made a good Filmation episode.
After being forced to give most of my comic collection away when I was about 12 (mentioned in a previous comment), I won a pretty complete bundle of the UK comics on ebay a couple of years ago. I really must sit and read some of them sometime!

This would have been a fantastic plot for the cartoon! The freaky expression on the "halfway-transformed" Skeletor, in the middle, is insane!
