The art of silence...

Here are two more great-looking Bruce Timm panels from "The Search for Keldor" minicomic. Ninjor was a character that was rarely ever used correctly in his brief appearances, but this one minicomic did give the character some endearing evil qualities and skills. I do like the irony in that he claims that Clamp Champ will not hear the arrow until it is too late only for the panel to be accompanied by a "Whssss!" sound effect! One other thing, what do we think Clamp Champ is doing in that first panel?

The neon green effects in the second panel make for a nice touch. :)

This comic is in my top 3 b/c I'm a Clamp Champ fan, and theres something special about the last group of characters particuarly in this one. Ninjor is written as a threat and I believe Champ is practicing w a knife while guarding the grounds.

I'm inclined to say that Clamp Champ is flipping someone the bird--maybe King Randor told him to go patrol while he spent some alone-time with the Sorceress, LOL! Either that, or he's using some kind of equipment to scan the perimeter.
