This rare
She-Ra advert was not available to members of the public and was designed by the artists at
Filmation in an effort to sell the series. What I like about this piece is that
She-Ra's pose is reminiscent of an exciting comic book running pose, something that would not be seen in the actual
She-Ra series. Also note that the jewel on She-Ra's tiara is more detailed than it would ever appear in the series...

Beautiful! Reminds me of the stock animation of She-Ra running towards the audience! Neat advert. :)
Thanks for posting and reading! God Bless...

Seems a shame that Filmation neve kept these comic book details in the tv series. Of course, considering the cost involved in producing animated movies it is always easier to replace detail with simple geometric shapes.
Nice shot - although her arm reaching out in front of her doesn't look quite right to me.
A very nice advert for another terrific filmation series. Secret of the sword was a vhs i regularly hired and even without colour, looks amazing!
Love the pose here. Why do I think I remember a pose of He-Man like this advertising something?
That's really interesting to see. I'm kind of surprised that they revealed the "secret" in the promo--but, then again, I guess since it wasn't intended for the average audience they weren't too fussed.
