Here I present another great example of why
Robin Davies was such a great artist on the
Princess of Power Ladybird books. While I was never a great fan that his style shifted to a more
Filmation-accurate one, it was no doubt well suited for the
She-Ra books, and you can observe this just by the colors used in this particular image.

The bubble effects on Bow's cape and the various pink tones in the shadow effects on Swiftwind were two of my favorite features. I could just see this image make a transition to the animated series. While a pink moon is often featured in the She-Ra cartoon, the orange moon works nicely in this illustration. Thanks for reading! God Bless...

It truily is a very colourfull and well drawn image.
Funny, I thought you would have liked the illastrations to be more Filmation like, but i guess having it's own animation style would help to distinquish it from the cartoon I suppose.
