I thought it would be interesting to take
Kowl's color model sheet from the
She-Ra series, and turn it into a model sheet representing the colors of the action figure; and subsequently the colors he was given in the
Ladybird books. What do you all think?

Filmation colors are better. Much less weird.
Even though the pink beak looks rather feminine for Kowl, and better suited for Kowl's love interest in the She-Ra cartoon, Kowla, I still love the color scheme. :) I really enjoy these reworked model sheets with the change in colors, just like the way you recreated Teela in pink clothing and translated Faker's color scheme from the toy version to the animated version, as seen in your past Blog posts, Busta! Nice work. :)
Thanks for reading and God Bless!

The toy-version makes him look almost ill. Yikes.
I like the toy´s colour-scheme much better. I never understood why they changed it so drastically in the cartoon.
Personally, I actually think the yellow color scheme on the Filmation Kowl looks a bit more interesting! I kind of wish they'd gone that route--it also would have made the POP toyline a little more akin to their 'toon appearance (which I know isn't everyone's cup of Spoo).
i personally always prefer the toy colors over the filmation colors. I'm not sure why. But in this case.... Kowl looks weird yellow.
The toy version is really cute. But do the feathers on his belly flip up to answer yes or no?
