"He-Man and the Insect People" features some beautiful artwork by the great
Alfredo Alcala. The first of these two panels featuring
He-Man overpowering
Beast Man sums up Alfredo's ability to render the human form to perfection. Ever single part of He-Man's physique makes sense, with not a single line drawn out of place. We were incredibly lucky to have an artist of his talent grace
Masters of the Universe.

This illustration can't be beat! Even the choice of colors and color variety is out of this world! I get a kick out of how we see a still of Beast-Man just as his head is touching the water, and his remark is a hoot, too. :) The creature laying on the ground, on the left-hand panel, looks like Grovyle from the "Pokemon Advanced" series. :)
Thanks for reading! God Bless!

Alfredo Alcala I didn't know his name when I was young but I new his conans stories I also never make the link with heman art in my
mini comics but yes that was a great luck to get him ,I regret that Frazzeta didn't do some but may be he was already past away ???
In Alfredo Alcala's sky too he used minimal colors very well.
Simple is best and small comics must be well done.
hahaha I knew it, Beast Man is completely ruined as soon as he gets wet!
