Evil leaves Eternia...
In the first episode of The New Adventures of He-Man, "A New Beginning", we are treated to a vision of what Eternia looks like without the presence of Skeletor. While we are shown random shots of murky-looking Eternian locations transforming into bright and flowery locations, the most striking moment occurs when we see Snake Mountain and its surrounding land covered in lush greenery! I think the people working on this show neglected to remember all the remaining Evil Warriors on Eternia, because there were quite a few! However, I do appreciate that they attempted to tie up the Filmation series, primarily with this image.

Snake Mountain in a daytime setting ... I would have loved to see an image of this in the Filmation series! Sort of looks like the opening setting from the "Valley of Power" episode. :)

I just assumed all the other evil warriors had been killed or arrested inbetween the Filmation series and the start of the New Adventures!
I wonder if the implication was that Skeletor was the last remaining Evil Warrior on Eternia?
Without Skeletor most of the evil warriors are minor thugs, especially the Filmation versions, who'd probably get arrested and have no one to spring them out of jail. Only Evil-Lyn might pose any real threat. That's ignoring the Snake-Men (who never appeared on the old toon) and the Horde (Etheria's problem!)
What I still don't get is that they say that He-Man and Skeletor go to another planet, but the way that it's shown in the NA cartoon. It's like they go to the future.
I like how the dark side of eternia was fueled w Skeletors appearance of evil!
Without Skeletor there was probably a lot of in fighting and the other Masters would be able to defeat the lesser evil warriors.
Many would probably argue that New Adventures would be now a 'what-if' scenario, seeing as though the franchise had a reboot in 2002 and the fact New Adventures didn't last for two long.
Still it was nice that they implied that Eternia was save for now, prompting He-Man to now fight his nemesis in the future to protect Primus. That is until Man-At-Arms suddenly decides to become a dictator...what the..****! :D
