No. You are not seeing things. These are not
Skeletor's two brothers. In the 1987
Masters of the Universe annual we see Skeletor clone himself in an effort to overpower
He-Man! The thing to notice is that while the two other Skeletors are clearly based on the
Filmation model sheets, the gesturing Skeletor is not. This is most notable if you compare their faces...

Good point, the 'real' Skeletor's eyes are a completely different shape to the clones. This story is like a smaller scale version of Filmation's "Here, There, Skeletors Everywhere".
No kidding! The more comical looking face on the original Skeletor is a dead giveaway. :) I can't help but think of the "Here, There, Skeletor's Everywhere" episode when I look at this image! Thanks for reading and God Bless! ~"KevyGuy" :)
'Behold, my Filmation clones! Now He-Man won't stand a chance against me! MWHAAA HAA HAA!.....Unless they rebel against me like the ones in the episode 'Here, There, Skeletors Everywhere', said Skeletor, as he now worries about how powerfull his clones will be. :D
Well judging they were based from a Season 2 episode, hopefully the original, won't have toomuch to worry about, except He-Man easily defeating them by throwing them into carefully placed mud pits. ;D
It seems Skeletor has a history of cloning. Most notably is his cloning of the Sorceress. This idea here is not a bad one. Creating clones of himself to overpower He-man
That's a fantastic image! By giving the Skeletor clones such a generic look and the real Skeletor a much more original look, the artist really establishes a sense of which Skeletor is the real one - whether this was by design or happy accident is anyone's guess! :)
It is strange that the clones are the Filmation Skeletor. Very cool page to see.
