"Gwildor's Gamble!" from issue seventeen of the UK
Masters of the Universe Adventure magazine is interesting in that it takes a movie character in
Gwildor, and places him firmly in the comic continuity, which some would say is prior to the movie. This story revolves around the power of the
Cosmic Key, and dare I say, would have made for a really good minicomic story to accompany the Gwildor action figure! The third panel on page eleven is beautifully colored to create an amazing sense of depth...

Hilarious little scene with the "guards" ... It's like something out of a war movie! Teela's look of shock on the final panel is greatly captured. :) Nice desert scene ... Looks close enough to the way the artists created the cartoon version of the setting! Thanks for reading and God Bless! ~"KevyGuy" :)
I love the space scene in the first panel. The artist is trying to show us travel through time and space. As A kid I would have eaten this up. I loved planets and space and things.
I think I commented earlier, asking which issue this was from. Obviously, though, you stated it was issue #17. I'm still unclear whether the Adventure magazine is the same thing as the UK comic or whether it's its own thing, however.
