Zalewski's returns!
Aside from being one of the best episodes of the series, The New Adventures of He-Man episode "Crack in the World" also has a connection to the original Filmation series. Writer Tony Zalewski wrote a few episodes of the Filmation series under the name Antoni Zalewski! For those wondering, he wrote "The Gamesman", "Island of Fear", "Hunt for He Man", and "The Gambler" with Larry DiTillio. Maybe more former Filmation writers should have worked on the series?

Shame that Larry DiTillio turned down the offer to work on the NA series.
Interesting ... Kind of like the alias "Erik Gunden." :) Yeah, cause if more writers worked on this series, we probably would have had more cameos from other "Filmation" characters. :)
Wow, I never knew this awesome episode was written by a former Filmation series writer, that's awesome.
Though even if I knew that, the assumed name would have still threw me off. :D
