Sito's smiling Skeletor.

Tom Sito was one of the storyboard artists that would always include sight gags in his He-Man storyboards. Sometimes the most amusing parts of his boards were not the gags, but the way in which he illustrated the characters. In this illustration below from the season two He-Man episode "The Greatest Show on Eternia" we see Crackers the clown captured by Skeletor. It is always interesting to see that Tom envisioned Crackers as a typical clown, as opposed to the oddly-shaped humanoid that appeared in the actual episode. What I am showcasing with this post though is the sixth panel with Skeletor standing beside the tent, sporting a huge smile! I absolutely love the simplicity of this drawing!

Ha ha! It looks like Skeletor is interacting with the tent when he smiles. :)
