Swift Wind appears!

Here is a fantastic illustration by Robin Davies from the She-Ra Ladybird book "Shadow Weaver's Magic Mirror". In this illustration we not only see a beautifully drawn Swift Wind, but the use of colors is amazing to behold. I was always a fan of the way in which Swift Wind was illustrated with a pink hued skin in the Ladybird books, instead of plain white skin as in the Filmation cartoon. The character seemed to leap from the page a lot more than he did from the screen.

Agreed, and I like how Swift Wind is posed the same way as during the transformation sequence in the cartoon. :) I'm pretty sure that you mentioned that Swift Wind was pink in the comic/story book versions because the character was supposed to be female, so the pink fur makes sense in this case.
