Skeletor is disappointed.

I believe that one of Emiliano Santalucia's greatest illustrations from his time on the Masters of the Universe comic from MVCreations is this one featuring Skeletor that appeared in issue three (volume one). The level of detail on Skeletor is breathtaking! Firstly, the way in which his physicality is defined is perfect, with a ridiculous attention to detail on the villain's muscles; secondly, the intricate detailing on his armor is astounding; and thirdly, the way in which his skull is drawn is superb! The only thing missing is Skeletor's Havoc Staff, which the villain is holding out of shot. Other than that, this is a perfect illustration!

Very true, James! The glowing jewels, all over Skeletor's attire, were well colored and look realistic, plus check out the angry demonic face he is wearing. :) This version of Skeletor looks even more frightening than the Filmation version, with wolf-like teeth!
